2. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
- The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving any reason and without penalty in distance contracts.
- For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is established.
- To exercise withdrawal, notification by phone or in writing (SMS/WhatsApp/email/post) within this period is sufficient.
- The company refunds all payments within 14 days from receipt of withdrawal notice, according to the payment instrument used.
3. Exceptions to Withdrawal Right
In the following cases, withdrawal right cannot be exercised or may be limited under legislation:
- Leisure services to be performed on a specific date or period (e.g., scheduled classroom trainings and events).
- Services instantly performed electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (e.g., digital educational content opened right after purchase), once access has started.
- Customized services prepared according to consumer request or personal needs (e.g., one-to-one consulting programs).
4. Training and Event Cancellations
- Live/Classroom Trainings: Cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before training start are free of charge. After 24 hours, no refund is made; however, participation may be postponed once to the next period if available.
- Online Live Sessions: Cancellation/refund requests may be made at least 12 hours before session start. No refund after session starts.
- Recorded (On-Demand) Digital Content: Once content access/download starts, no refund is made under withdrawal exceptions.
5. Company-Initiated Cancellation/Changes
- Programs may be canceled or rescheduled due to insufficient participant numbers, trainer changes, or force majeure.
- In cancellation cases, consumers are offered full refund or, upon request, free transfer to an equivalent program.
6. Refund Process and Payment
- Refunds are made through the same payment method used in the purchase. The reflection period may vary depending on banks.
- For wire transfer/EFT payments, refunds are made to the IBAN provided by the consumer.
7. Return of Physical Materials (If Any)
- If a physical material related to training has been sent, it must be returned complete and undamaged in withdrawal cases.

- Return shipping cost belongs to the consumer except in defective goods/services.
8. Defective Service
If the service is performed contrary to legislation or contract terms, the consumer may exercise legal rights. After review, appropriate refund/discount processes are applied.
