Buyer: The Buyer is identified by the name/surname, address, phone, and email information declared on the order screen.
2. Subject
This agreement defines the procedures and principles regarding the sale and delivery/performance of the product/service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website/system. The Pre-Information Form is an integral part of this agreement.
3. Establishment of the Agreement
- The agreement is deemed established electronically once the Buyer confirms the order.
- The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood the Pre-Information Form before confirming the order.
4. Product/Service Information and Price
- Product/service type, characteristics, quantity, unit price, total sales price, taxes, and delivery/performance details are shown in the order summary.
- Prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Delivery and Performance
- For physical products, delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer within a reasonable timeframe depending on stock and logistics conditions.
- For digital content or educational/services, performance is carried out according to the schedule and usage conditions stated on the product page.
6. Right of Withdrawal
- The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product or from the date the service agreement is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
- Withdrawal notification must be made in writing through the Seller’s contact information above.
- Returned products should be sent, if possible, with original packaging and all accessories, undamaged and complete.
- Unless otherwise stated in the Pre-Information Form, return shipping cost is covered by the Seller.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under legislation, withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Services that began with Buyer approval and are fully performed.
- Products prepared according to Buyer’s requests or personal needs.
- Products that may spoil quickly or have imminent expiry dates.
- Products unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene after unsealing.
- Products mixed with others so as to lose separable nature.
- Services instantly performed electronically or intangible goods delivered instantly (e.g., digital content).
- Unsealed books, digital content, data records, audio/video recordings, and computer consumables.
8. Use of Withdrawal Right and Return
- After sending the withdrawal notice, the Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 14 days.
- The Seller refunds payments within 14 days from receipt of withdrawal notice. Delays caused by banking processes are not under Seller responsibility.
- Refund is made according to the payment instrument used for the order.
9. Warranty, Defective Goods, and Support
- Warranty scope and service conditions are determined by the manufacturer/importer.
- In case of defective goods/services, legal consumer rights remain reserved.
10. Protection of Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with relevant legislation and the Disclosure Text.
11. Dispute Resolution
Depending on monetary limits, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer’s residence or place of transaction are authorized. Merkez/ISPARTA jurisdiction may be taken as the competent venue.
12. Effectiveness and Approval
- By approving through the website/system, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement.
- The agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved.
